32 cases of Dengue have been reported in Khulna in the last 24 hours. A total of 113 people are under treatment in different hospitals due to dengue.
This information was informed in the notification sent by the Khulna Civil Surgeon Office and Khulna Medical College Hospital on Wednesday (August 30).
According to the Khulna Civil Surgeon office and Khulna Hospital sources, 32 Dengue patients have been admitted to various hospitals of Khulna district in the last 24 hours. And 31 people have returned home after recovery. At present 113 patients are admitted in the district hospitals. A total of 1,133 Dengue patients have been admitted this year. Seven people have died of dengue in the district so far.
Dr. Suhash Ranjan Halder, resident officer of Khulna Medical College Hospital said that a total of 840 people have been treated for dengue in Khulna Medical College Hospital this year. 21 patients were admitted to the hospital in the last 24 hours. And 13 people have returned home after recovery. Currently, there are 86 people admitted to the hospital.
